1. Acceptance of Terms

4.2 Withdrawals

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through the following process:

1. Internal Resolution: Users must first contact jl876 Customer Support to attempt good-faith resolution of the dispute.
2. PAGCOR Complaint Process: If internal resolution fails, Users may file a formal complaint with PAGCOR's Customer Relations Management Division.
3. Arbitration: Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc.
4. Jurisdiction: As a final recourse, disputes may be brought before the appropriate courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

By agreeing to these Terms, you waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against jl876.

11. Account Termination

jl876 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate User accounts at its sole discretion for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct deemed harmful to the Platform's integrity. Upon termination, Users forfeit all bonuses, promotional funds, and pending wagers. Real money balances derived from legitimate play may be withdrawn subject to verification and compliance with anti-money laundering procedures.

Users may voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting Customer Support. Account closure requests are processed within forty-eight (48) hours. Outstanding withdrawals will be processed before final account closure.
